How to create your account
Please read this first. It only takes a minute, and the office is happy to help if you get stuck. Call the office at (520) 314-1042 and press 4 for the Volunteer Coordinator.
1. Are you already a Senior Village volunteer?
- Type the same email address the office already has for you. If you are not sure which one that is, ask the office.
- Leave the Invitation code box empty.
- Choose a password, then press Register.
- We will email you a link. Open that email and click the words clicking here to confirm it is you. Then you can sign in.
2. Are you new to Senior Village?
- Contact the office first and ask for an invitation code. Tell them your name and the email address you want to use. Call (520) 314-1042 and press 4 to leave a message for the Volunteer Coordinator. Please say your name, your email address, and your phone number slowly and clearly.
- The office will email you a short code, like K7QM-2XPD. If you do not see it, look in your spam or junk folder.
- Come back to this page. Type that same email address, type the code, choose a password, and press Register.
- The next page will say your account is waiting for approval. This is normal. The office reviews every new account.
- When the office approves it, you will get one email. Then you can sign in with your email and password.
3. Did you volunteer before, but stopped for a while?
Use the email address you had when you volunteered, leave the code empty, and press Register. The office will check your account and email you when it is ready.
Good to know: the invitation code is not your password. You make up your own password below.
The code works one time only, and only with the email address the office sent it to.
If you see a message saying you need a code, that just means the office does not have your email yet, so please call them.
